Our current blog theme for the next several weeks is “Explaining My Food Allergies”, with personal experiences and advice on how to talk about food allergies in many settings. The first post in the series focuses on restaurants.

At Food Allergy Canada, we are committed to supporting people with food allergies in all stages of life – and to giving everyone a seat at the table. That is why we have developed specific programs and online content for children, teens and adults. We are proud of all our volunteers who created these spaces.
